Text message program

The Phil Stringer text message program is operated by Stratus Global Holdings LLC. These terms cover this texting program. They do not replace the separate terms for any workshop, membership, or other purchase.
You join this program by checking the text message box on our text signup page (training.philstringer.com/text) or on one of our free training registration forms. By checking it, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Phil Stringer’s team at the number you gave us. These may include your Zoom link and reminders for a training you registered for, answers to your questions, a follow-up after a call with our team, the link to a program you asked about, and occasional offers.
Our texting number is 833-353-2620. Some texts, like training reminders, go to everyone registered for that training; others are written and sent one at a time by a member of our team. Message frequency varies with your requests, conversations, and preferences. We do not promise a fixed number of messages.
Consent to text messages is optional and is not a condition of registering for a training or purchasing any product or service. Providing a phone number, signing up for email, or making a purchase does not by itself give permission for texts.
Only provide a number that you own or are authorized to use. If your number changes, please tell us at admin@philstringer.com.
Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier’s plan. Ask your carrier about charges. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to the number sending you messages to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation. You can also email admin@philstringer.com for help stopping texts. We will honor your opt-out and will not resume texts without new permission from you. To opt back in, reply START.
Reply HELP to request assistance, or email admin@philstringer.com. This program is not intended for emergencies.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. We will provide any notice or obtain any renewed permission required for a change to your texting program.
