This page explains what Phil Stringer (Stratus Global Holdings LLC, “we”) collects when you use philstringer.com, our trainings, workshops, the Stratosphere, our community and our text messages, and what we do with it. Questions: admin@philstringer.com.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us in a form, an email, a text or a call.
Purchases: what you bought and when. Card payments are handled by our payment processors (Stripe and Spiffy). We never see or store your full card number.
Event activity: which trainings you registered for and attended.
Basic website data: pages visited and the link that brought you here, collected with cookies and similar tools.
Calls with our team may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately. Where the law requires it, we tell you at the start of the call.

How we use it

To deliver what you signed up for or bought: event links, reminders, replays, workshop and membership access.
To answer your questions and follow up on conversations you had with our team.
To tell you about trainings and programs we think fit you. You can opt out at any time.
To keep records we are required to keep, and to protect against fraud.

Text messages

If you check the text message box on our text signup page or on one of our training registration forms, you agree to receive text messages from Phil Stringer’s team at the number you gave us: event reminders, answers to your questions, follow-ups after a conversation, and occasional offers. Texts come from our texting number, 833-353-2620.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email admin@philstringer.com.
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell or share mobile opt-in data with lead generators.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business for us (email, phone, payments, our online community and web hosting), only as far as they need to do that work, and when the law requires it.

All of the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
Texts: reply STOP.
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email admin@philstringer.com.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable security to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the reasons above or as the law requires.

Children

Our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this page, the date at the top changes too.
